Evie Muir, a social justice activist, domestic abuse survivor and journalist tells her story about how she’s healed through nature and encourages others to try nature healing too. In Sheffield, Evie has created a mental health and well-being group for people of colour to feel safe and welcomed in an already white-dominated environment. Starting with a portrait visual style, following Evie alone as she speaks her story and ending on the community (Peaks of Colour) in which she continues to develop, highlighting the importance and goal of inclusion that is needed for people of colour in the Peak District.
